How do I know what size to order?

When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Washington, DC.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped.

What's your return policy?
Unfortunately, because of the small nature of our business, we currently DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on any items including sale. Please read our size guide before purchasing or contact us with any questions. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, please email us at hola@sehablaespanolshop.com, if there is anything wrong with your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not at the moment. Please email hola@sehablaespanolshop.com for inquiries or to see if we can accommodate special requests. 

Are your tees ethically made?
Yes, our shirts are manufactured by Bella + Canvas and have gone through an extensive application process to be WRAP Certified. They are eco-friendly, zero sweat-shop work, and made in the USA!

What Principles Does the WRAP Certification Include?

Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex, please check with your buildings office. Sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. Se Habla Español will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
